The following terms and conditions are based on experience, events and frequently asked questions. In it, I call myself "Photographer", and everyone who uses my services "Client".
Each client should read the regulations before arranging a session. You should ask about the availability of the date, it is best to make an appointment a month in advance. The decision to participate in a session is tantamount to acceptance of everything contained therein.
To make a reservation for a session, a deposit of €50 must be paid within 2 days of the registration. In the absence of such a fee, the client is removed from the calendar. The deposit is non-refundable. The rest of the photo fee is charged on the day of the session. If the session is canceled 24 hours before the session for random reasons, it is possible to change the date once.
The client has read the Photographer's portfolio, is aware of the individual style of photos and their graphic processing and fully accepts it. He is aware that the Photographer takes and corrects photos according to his own sense of aesthetics and will not take or process photos in the style of another photographer.
The deadline for order execution is 20 business days from the date of the session. It may happen that the photos will be ready earlier, but it depends on the amount of work of the Photographer. Questions about when the photos will be taken do not speed up the implementation, and the time spent by the Photographer on replying could be spent on processing your photos 🙂
The customer receives exactly the amount of photos he purchased. There is, of course, the possibility of buying additional (processed) shots, the cost is €20 / 1 piece.
Additional shots that have not been selected for purchase are removed from the disk after 3 days.
It is possible to purchase the EXPRESS service. Then the customer will receive ready photos within 5 business days. The cost of such a service is additional 100 euros.
The client is aware that all items, accessories, clothes and materials are regularly cleaned, but thorough disinfection of some items is not possible (wood, delicate materials, felt, wool, etc.). You consciously decide to use them during the session. For the comfort of the child, it is recommended to give him a bath after the session.
The client takes responsibility for his/her child/children during the session. He makes sure that he does not get hurt (so that he does not run around the studio, does not fall off the chair, does not leave the studio unattended, does not damage props, etc.) At the same time, the photographer and parents take responsibility for the safety of newborns during the session.
The photographer does not work on Sundays.
During the session, it is strictly forbidden to use cameras and take pictures by the client.
Each client decides for himself whether he wants his photos to be shared on social media and on the photographer's website. Before the session, he will receive a contract from the photographer and an appropriate document containing all the information.
Photos shared by the client on social media must contain the photographer's logo or a note certifying that the photographer is the author of the photos.
The photos will be collected from the Photos by Patt studio or sent to the indicated address for an additional fee of EUR 10.
When it comes to photographic makeup, I always recommend Makeup by Daxa to my clients. Make-up is payable additionally, to make an appointment you need to contact Dagmara in person. It is possible to do make-up in my photo studio. Remember that makeup for a photo shoot is different from the makeup you wear every day. First of all, make-up must look perfect (cover your imperfections and, above all, even out your skin tone), and I guarantee that Dagmara is the best at it!
